The assistant
An assistant that does the clicking
Deskly lives in the Messages panel. It sees the page you are on, answers questions about it, and acts across the app for you: the task, the doc page, the meeting, the file. Changes to your work wait for your approval, and each step is shown as it happens.
Move RD-241 to Review and log an hour on it.
I found RD-241, “Onboarding checklist”. It's in Progress and assigned to you. Two changes, one approval:
Needs your OK
Move RD-241 to Review and log 1h on it.
Always allow: Deskly will create and update tracker items for you without asking.

Ask about what is in front of you
Say explain this page or summarise this ticket and Deskly reads the page you have open, so there is nothing to copy and paste. It works through the job in steps and shows each one, so you can see what it looked at and what it did.
- Sees the page you are on when you ask
- Every action shown step by step
- Reading and explaining never needs approval
Looking at: Tracker · RD-241 Onboarding checklist
Summarise this ticket and pull the open items from the linked doc.
- Read the open ticket, RD-241
- Found the linked doc, “Onboarding checklist”
- Listed the doc's open items
Three items are still open: the welcome email, the mobile layout and the help link.
Across the whole app
A hundred actions, in plain words
Deskly uses the same actions you can: find the ticket, move it, log the time, write the doc page, schedule the meeting, save the file. It works across Tracker, Docs, chat, meetings, Drive, the whiteboard, the Office, teams, notes and your account, with around a hundred in-app actions in all.
- Tracker, Docs, chat, meetings, Drive and the whiteboard
- The Office, teams, notes and your account
- A five-click chore becomes one sentence
- Choose from six mascots for your desk

You decide
Nothing changes until you say so
When Deskly wants to change something, a card shows exactly what and waits. Allow it once, allow that kind of action from now on, or say never. Some kinds of change can never be set to always: sending messages to other people, sharing, deleting and changing settings.
- Allow once, Always allow or Never on every change
- Your choice is remembered per kind of action, not per click
- Risky changes always ask
- Create and update tracker itemsCan be always allowed
- Create and edit doc pagesCan be always allowed
- Save files to DriveCan be always allowed
- Schedule and update meetingsCan be always allowed
- Send messages to other peopleAlways asks
- Change sharingAlways asks
- Delete thingsAlways asks
- Change settingsAlways asks
“Never” can be chosen for every kind of change.
Plans and questions
A big job gets one plan, and a question when it needs one
For a larger request Deskly proposes a plan and you approve it once, instead of confirming every step. If it needs a fact only you have, such as which sprint, it asks you in the middle of the task and carries on with your answer.
- A plan you approve once
- Questions asked mid-task, with choices to tap
- Every step shown as it happens
Proposed plan
- 1Create five tracker items from the launch checklist
- 2Assign them to the design and product teams
- 3Schedule the kickoff for Thursday at 10:00
Deskly has a question
Which sprint should the new items go in?
Past meetings
Ask what was decided
Ask Deskly what you decided yesterday and it reads the transcripts and minutes of the meetings you can open. It never reaches past your own access, which is the same rule for everything else it does.
- Reads the minutes and transcripts of meetings you can access
- Runs with your permissions, never wider
- The AI workspace and AI employees can answer the same way
What did we decide yesterday?
I read the minutes of two meetings from yesterday.
