AI Meetings
The meeting ends. The minutes write themselves.
Record the meeting, and once it ends you get a transcript and AI minutes that turn talk into a summary, decisions, action items with owners, and chapters. Filed in your Drive, and open to anyone who can open the recording.

Talk becomes a summary, not a to-do for later
After the meeting, the recording is transcribed and the AI writes the minutes: a summary, the decisions made, the action items with their owners, and chapters to jump to.

Action items become tasks, not memories
The minutes list every action item with its owner and due date, when someone said them, and the board they belong on is in the same workspace. Putting them there is a minute's work, not a memory exercise.

Recordings
Record the room, not your conscience
Start a recording and everyone in the room is told at once, with the option to leave, and a recording indicator stays up until it stops. The recording captures the room's audio, the cameras that are on, and any screen share, and it plays back only for the people who were there, the meeting's invitees, and whoever it is shared with.
- Off by default, started by someone in the room
- Everyone in the room is told, and can leave
- People who manage meetings can delete any recording
Transcripts
The whole conversation, in writing, after the meeting
After the meeting you get a transcript of the recording, labelled by speaker and timestamped. Anyone who missed it catches up by reading, not by asking, and can search the transcript while they replay the meeting.
- Speaker labels and timestamps
- Search the transcript as you replay
- Made from a recording, so never silent

What did we decide yesterday?
Ask the AI Workspace, Deskly or an AI employee in a direct message, and it reads the transcripts and minutes you have access to. It is the quick way to settle a question without opening the recording.
- Works from the AI Workspace, Deskly or an AI employee DM
- Reads only the meetings you can open
- Answers from the minutes and the transcript

Keep the annual discount where it is.
It only reads meetings you can open.
Off until someone starts it
Nothing records by default. Someone in the room has to start it, and it stops on its own when the room empties.
Visible to everyone
While a recording runs, the room and the people in it carry a recording indicator, in every view of the office.
Encrypted in transit
Calls run over WebRTC, which encrypts all audio and video between each browser and the media server.
